Tukwila To Alki Updated (01/27/24)

There will be an aid station at mile 6.4, 13.1, 19.8 and 26.2.

The exact times of operation for the aid stations are still being planned.

I will arrive at the starting area before 6:00 AM.

I will be starting runners who do not believe they will finish their race distance by 2:00 PM.

If anyone feels uncomfortable doing a Mass Start - they are welcome to start on their own at any time.

I am hoping for a 6:00 AM Super Early Marathon Mass Start.

I am hoping for a 7:00 AM Early Marathon Mass Start.

I am hoping for a 8:00 AM Marathon Mass Start.

I am hoping for a 9:00 AM Half Marathon Mass Start.

I am hoping for a 2:00 PM Race Finish.

More info coming in the future - we plan on supporting everyone - that is why we ask for predicted finishing times.

* We are offering a Full Marathon Option this year (2024) - Tukwila to Alki then back to Tukwila (out and back) 26.2 miles.

* Some runners may decide to run the Half Marathon Course twice (out and back, out and back) 26.2 miles. This is ok too.

* We are offering Two (2) options for the Half Marathon this year (2024).

* Run to Alki (13.1 miles)  - you would then need to provide your own transportation back to the starting area.

* OR turn around at the marked turn around location and finish at the starting area for a Half.

* Our Biggest concern is car pooling back from finish to the starting area due to Covid concerns. (Working on this).

*Check back for updated details.

I hope we will be able to offer car pool rides back to the starting area.

Both race options will be starting at the same location - but would have different finish lines.

Starting address: 13400 Interurban Avenue South, Tukwila, WA 98168

Finishing address: 13400 Interurban Avenue South, Tukwila, WA 98168

OR

Finishing address: 2666 Alki Avenue SW, Seattle, WA 98116

I will arrive at the starting area before 6:00 AM.

If anyone feels uncomfortable doing a Mass Start - they are welcome to start on their own at any time.

I am hoping for a 8:00 AM Early Half Marathon Mass Start.

Marathoners will also start at 8:00 AM.
